Darin’s Personal Training Philosophy

I have always had an interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Growing up, I participated in Martial Arts as well as becoming an avid runner. Never too late to reinvent yourself, I became a Spartan athlete and Trainer late in life in my 30's. My personal experience proves that age is not a factor.


I am a Spartan athlete and coach. I have found that this is my purpose and passion. Constantly discovering new levels of excellence in myself - I want to share what I know and grow with you. Since graduation, I have continued to further my education and credentials in order to keep up with new research and further help my clients.

I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, gain a lot of muscle, drop body fat, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one as well as group training sessions; however, I am now adding online training programs to be able to train people from all over the world. I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see client's reach their fitness/weight loss goals.

I use Stoicism philosophy in my mindset training, which is about understanding control. Knowing what we can control and what we can’t. About accepting the things that happen to us, even the bad things, and not letting them deter us from our mission. We can’t control what happens to us, but we can control our reaction to any event.
